Mr. Reinker practices primarily in the area of civil litigation. He received a business degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in finance and aviation and his law degree from the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reinker handled various litigation matters ranging from small cases for individuals to "mega-lawsuits" for insurance companies and corporations. Mr. Reinker represents various sized companies as well as individuals, and has expertise in personal injury matters, both Plaintiff and Defendant, construction, real estate as well as vast experience in landlord/tenant matters, both individual and group property owners or managers. Mr. Reinker has been called several times as an expert witness and seminar speaker in landlord/tenant issues.
Mr. Reinker practices before the state courts of Missouri, and the Federal Courts of the Eastern District of Missouri. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the St. Louis County Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, where he has served as an officer for several years.
Mr. Reinker also assists individuals in estate planning and probate issues. Mr. Reinker is also the National General Counsel to the Travelers Proctective Association of America, a fraternal organization committed to protecting the rights of travelers and promoting child safety, as well as supporting various organizations for the deaf and near deaf.
