Mr. O’Hanlon practices in the areas of Landlord/Tenant, Construction Law, Personal Injury, Real Estate, and Civil Litigation. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Missouri at Columbia, and also earned his Juris Doctorate at the University of Missouri Columbia School of Law.
He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the St. Louis County Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Illinois Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Missouri State Courts, Illinois State Courts, and the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
Property Law Specialization Mr. O’Hanlon’s practice involves: Representation of Landlords in Landlord-Tenant litigation, representing both companies and home owners in Construction litigation, Mechanic’s Liens, Real Estate and Personal Injury litigation. Mr. O’Hanlon is an active participant and has been a presenter for the St. Louis Apartment Association, and has an extensive business and labor background in several areas of construction.
