Mr. Hamilton practices primarily in the areas of family law and criminal litigation. He received a communications degree from the University of Wisconsin and received his law degree from St. Louis University.

Mr. Hamilton has extensive trial experience in all areas of family and criminal law. His trial experience in family law ranges from simple non-contested divorces to complex custody issues representing parents and children. His trial experience in criminal matters includes minor traffic and DWI trials to assaults and murder.

Mr. Hamilton is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the St. Louis County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Missouri State Courts, the Federal District Courts and the Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri. Mr. Hamilton is actively involved in the Brentwood Lions Club as vice-president. Mr. Hamilton also serves on the Supervised Visitation & Exchange Planning Committee for the St. Louis County Court. Mr. Hamilton is currently an Executive Board Member of Friends of Kids where her serves as Treasurer. Mr. Hamilton is regularly appointed by the judges in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County as a Guardian ad litem to represent and protect children.
